Western states' climate laws: the cost of inaction

If Western states don't substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions, they could face billions of dollars in health care and other related costs by 2020, according to reports by economists for the University of Oregon's Climate Leadership Initiative's Program on Climate Economics. Washington, Oregon and New Mexico will probably face associated annual costs of $3.8 billion, $3.3 billion and $3.2 billion by 2020, respectively, if they don't rein in greenhouse gas emissions, logging and other factors that drive climate change, according to reports released Monday.

About The Air Car Factories	Being experienced with the ecological and energetic advantages that a motor on compressed air offers we are convinced that it is an energy vector with great advantages for the society. We are committed to putting all our efforts into facilitating public access to a vehicle powered by compressed air, as well as commercializing other products involved with transport and energy offered to us by third persons. To fulfill this commitment we have founded Air Car Factories S.A.. Currently we are at the research and development stage and looking for partners to join us in this ambitious project. According to our projections we should be able to produce the first prototype within one year and We can already specify that our car will be sold for approximately 10.000 euros.
